March 2020 - Market Action Report - Portland, OR

Here are the latest Real Estate market statistics for Portland and the Surrounding Areas.

We have 1.8 months of inventory which is still very, very low and the median sales price is up 4.4% at $425,000.

New Listings are down 1.0%
Pending Sales are down 14.3%
Closed Sales are up 7.9%
Homes are typically selling about a week faster than this period last year.
