January 2020 - Market Action Report - Portland, OR

Here are the latest Real Estate market numbers for Portland and the surrounding areas. The market continues to be very strong with more demand for houses than what's for sale, leading to multiple offer scenarios and purchase prices above asking price.  The median sales price is up 5.5% from the same period last year, both pending sales and closed sales are up while new listings on the market are down.  If you'd like more information or clarification on any of these numbers, just give us a call and we'll be happy to go over them with you.
