The market continues to be very strong with more demand for houses than what’s for sale, leading to multiple offer scenarios and purchase prices above the asking price. The average sales price is up 5% from the same time period last year, new listings, pending sales and closed sales are up while the inventory is down to 1.9 months’ worth.
