Celebrate National Good Neighbor Day!

This month, we are sharing information on a holiday you might not have heard of — National Good Neighbor Day. This holiday was proclaimed an official holiday by President Jimmy Carter in 1978 and, since 2003, has been celebrated each year on September 28.
